Service Description

This beginner level class introduces the fundamentals of Judo etiquette and techniques through various drills and activities. This class focuses on strengthening balance, agility, speed, endurance and overall physical performance. These basic skills are essential when learning Judo, as well as beneficial in the day-to-day learning of any discipline.
