Service Description

In addition to the fundamentals of Judo etiquette and exercises, this class is designed to train judo techniques and practice the necessary skills for competitive judo. Classes require judo skill & knowledge and recommend for experienced Judokas and grapplers. Minimum rank of yellow belt required.
