Service Description

In addition to the fundamentals of Judo etiquette and exercises, this class teaches judo techniques and develops the necessary skills to effectively utilize judo. Skills include throws, takedowns, transitions, submissions and holds. Students will improve overall physical abilities to perform techniques effectively.
